Nine new faces will be joining city council in Regina after election night. Incoming mayor Chad Bachynski, 38, is a manager with SaskEnergy. He campaigned on safety and affordability. Bachynski defeated 10 challengers, including incumbent Sandra Masters. There will also be eight new city councillors, with only two incumbents holding their seats.
